The amazing atelier of an artist, who dresses and stages nature in all her glory is behind this work, and it is not the first time this studio has excited me to paint. Cascading blossoms, huge flowers in full bloom, avalanches of delicate soft colour, framed by a leafy branch stretching above the tressle tables literally littered with glass jam jars, milk bottles, tall lanky vases ... the odd palette laden with oil paints.
it is such an inspiration, I am selling my home to find a Barn to refurb, a studio where light floods in through elegant arched old fashioned windows........ and I am so excited.
