A small but striking painting, this was a request from the Spiritualist College where I go as regularly and as often as I can, in London. Stansted Hall is where the Arthur Findlay College holds courses for Mediums, spiritualists and the like ....
I ve never painted an angel before, unless it was in a sitting, To sit down and address the subject I found quite daunting, and I admit I searched for inspiration and found a wonderful work which I am sure was painted in the Renaissance period... so there is a strong similarity but mine is not a copy - that is quite clear
